All products include a 5-year guarantee and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Returns window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
Defective or damaged goods
Report damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Items not eligible
- Equipment that has been installed, used or modified
- Custom or special-order items
- Consumables and spare parts once opened
How refunds are paid
Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return shipping
We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is for your account.
